Feedback needed on Common Core State Standards

The Kentucky Department of Education invites educators and the public to review and provide feedback on the draft Common Core State Standards for English/language arts and mathematics. 2010 Teacher Arts Academies Scheduled

The Kentucky Department of Education, in partnership with the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts (KCPA), will present four Arts Academies for teachers in June 2010.  Each academy is a one-week arts education professional development seminar for teachers, focusing on dance and music or drama and visual art.
